  • The Owner/Director of America’s Little Leaders Academy, a preschool for children from birth to 5 years old.

  • Served as an Elementary and Middle School teacher from 1993 to 2002

  • School Administrator from 2002 to 2012. 

  • Served as Department Head, Team Leader from 1995 to 2002. 

  • Founded the Leadership Intern Training Executives (L.I.T.E) program to facilitate professional development targets for teachers training to become school site administrators. 

  • Spearheaded the Leadership Development Academy of assistant principals.

  • Inaugural Assistant Principal of Andover Middle School for Miami-Dade Public Schools.
